This retreat is suitable for people of all ages who are looking for a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. It is available ten months a year and offers natural reflexotherapy, reduces fatigue, revitalizes and strengthens the body and mind, stimulates the autonomic nervous system, and relaxes muscles in a way that helps them restore balance. The herbal garden, barefoot sensory Kneipp path, relaxing canopy area, “Green” room, and salt cave, along with the sea, beaches, and pristine nature, are all added values of this unique experience.
The “MINDFUL MEDITERRANEAN RETREAT – BALANCE YOURSELF” experience includes:
- Welcome drink (coffee, tea, natural juice, or smoothie)
- Bathrobe and towel included
